She can be reached by email at joyce.singh@sbcglobal.net&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Later this week, prior to the March 15th deadline, the district will be giving the notices of tentative assignment for 2008-09 to all members who are continuing. Approved unanimously  Follow-up: Reps buy the treats and submit  receipt for prompt reimbursement to treasurer, Julie Zlatunich  (Brooktree) Day of the Teacher is May 6&lt;sup&gt;th&lt;/sup&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;Sierramont MS  (Dave Pousho)&lt;span style="font-family:Wingdings;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Concern  regarding student seen as potentially volatile and the request of   an elective teacher that he not be scheduled to be in Home Ec class  for Trimester 3 where he would have access to cutlery.  Request to  have him rescheduled to another elective.  SMS administrators had  not yet taken preventive action.  &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Action&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;: &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Joyce  will talk to Jack.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;Majestic Way  (Sandra Main)&lt;span style="font-family:Wingdings;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Site  administrator has issued a letter to teachers stating that they must  make an effort to conference with EVERY parent (by phone if not in  person) and to make 2 positive contacts.  This goes beyond contract  language and it is attempt to carry out yet to be finalized grading  policy. type='text'>NEA Local Delegate Election</title><content type='html'>Dear Reps,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We need to correct the dates for the NEA RA Local Delegate Election, due to the fact that the scheduled date of the voting is during Spring Break vacation.
